Welcome the Architectural Review Council (ARC) Committee!

The decision to buy property is an important one. Maintaining property value is primary in the minds of new owners and the decision to remodel, expand, and upgrade your property should be treated with similar importance; this is why the board of directors at Greater Grays Ferry Estates (GGFE) has made the decision to establish an ARC Committee.  

The ARC Committee will is made up of five GGFE homeowners who are sensitive to maintaining property value and the original design of the community.  The ARC Committee members will guide their neighbors decisions on building codes and zoning requirements in our community and how remodeling will work in context with the community and how changes will fit in harmony with the existing landscape.

Please make use of this committee by submitting your application if you plan to renovate, upgrade or make changes to the exterior of your home at GGFE.
